Thanks for choosing Calovix. Below is what to expect once you place an order with us.

Order Processing Time

We process every order within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends or holidays, once payment has been confirmed. You will get a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods, like sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer than usual. Thanks for bearing with us.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Windows

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

These delivery windows are estimates that start once your package ships, not when you place your order. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors beyond our control can affect actual delivery times.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. It can take 24 to 48 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking details to update.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of getting your shipping confirmation email, reach out to us at support@calovix.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Calovix is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email support@calovix.com right away. We will try to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot promise changes once processing has begun.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but it has not arrived, please:

  1. Check around your property and ask any neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact your local carrier or post office and provide your tracking number.

  3. If the package still cannot be located, email support@calovix.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will do what we can to help resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received something other than what you ordered, email support@calovix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra charge.
