Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in what we sell. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from your delivery date to send an item back for a complete refund.
We understand that wellness products take time to show results, so we do not require your item to stay sealed or unused. Go ahead and incorporate it into your routine. If it is not delivering results within 60 days, you can return it.
Who Qualifies for a Return
To qualify for a refund:

You must request the return within 60 days of your delivery date.

The item must be sent back in good, functioning condition.

Original packaging is preferred, though not required, as long as the product itself remains intact and works properly.
Starting a Return
To begin a return, email support@calovix.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions, including where to send the item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (details below). We suggest using a trackable shipping service and holding on to your tracking number until your refund has gone through.
How Refunds Are Processed
After we receive your returned item, we aim to inspect it and issue your refund within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. It may take another 3 to 7 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@calovix.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will send a free replacement or issue a complete refund, including shipping costs. In most cases, you will not need to send anything back, though we may request a photo to help us improve.
Cancelling an Order
If you want to cancel an order after placing it, contact support@calovix.com as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you are welcome to return it under the guarantee above.
Order Never Arrived
If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you never got it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will look into it with the carrier and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Simply Changed Your Mind
Changed your mind about a purchase? You are still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Just email support@calovix.com within 60 days of delivery.
When We May Decline a Refund
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:
