This website is run by CARTIX LLC, which does business under the name Calovix ("we," "us," "our," or "Calovix"). Wherever these Terms mention Calovix, they are referring to CARTIX LLC operating under that brand. We make this site, along with all of its content, tools, and services, available to you on the condition that you accept every term, policy, and notice set out here.
By visiting our site or buying anything from us, you are using our "Service" and agreeing to these Terms of Service, along with any additional terms, conditions, or policies referenced here or linked from this page. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether as a visitor, customer, vendor, or contributor of content.

Wellness Product Disclaimer: Our grounding mats, red light devices, infrared sauna products, and PEMF devices are designed for general wellness use only. None of these items qualify as medical devices, and none are meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated these statements. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or similar implanted device, live with a medical condition, or are otherwise uncertain whether a product is suitable for you, speak with a physician before use.
Section 6: Billing and Account Accuracy
We may decline to process any order for any reason. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders using the same account, payment card, or shipping/billing address. We also reserve the right to restrict or reject orders that appear, in our judgment, to come from resellers, dealers, or distributors, and we may use purchase patterns, volume, or shipping activity to identify and cancel orders meant for unauthorized resale.
Should we change or cancel your order, we may try to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number given at checkout.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CARTIX LLC and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, and employees harmless from any claim, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party as a result of your violation of these Terms or infringement of someone else's rights or applicable law.

Should any part of these Terms be found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will still be enforced to whatever extent the law allows, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
Section 16: Ending These Terms
These Terms stay in effect until ended by you or by us. You can end them at any time simply by no longer using our site. If we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have broken any part of these Terms, we may end this agreement immediately without notice, and you will still owe any amounts due as of that date.
Section 17: Full Agreement
If we do not act on a right or provision within these Terms, that does not mean we have given it up. These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, make up the entire understanding between you and us regarding the Service, and they replace any earlier agreements or discussions.
Section 18: Governing Law
These Terms, and any related agreements under which we provide you Services, will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Section 20: Resolving Disputes Through Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CLOSELY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR ABILITY TO SUE IN COURT.
Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Calovix (CARTIX LLC) agree that any dispute or claim relating to these Terms, your use of our Service, or any products bought through it, will be settled solely through binding, individual arbitration instead of in court, except that either side may still bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.
Waiver of Class Actions. YOU AND CALOVIX AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT AGAINST ONE ANOTHER INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Arbitration Process. Arbitration will be handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time (available at www.adr.org), and will be conducted in English. The arbitrator may award any remedy that a court could grant, subject to the limits described in these Terms.
Costs. If you file for arbitration, your costs are limited to the AAA filing fee, and Calovix will cover the remaining expenses. Each side pays its own attorney's fees unless the arbitrator determines a claim was frivolous, in which case the winning party may recover reasonable fees.
Right to Opt Out. You may choose not to be bound by this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@calovix.com within 60 days of your first purchase, including your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. All other parts of these Terms will remain in effect even if you opt out.
Survival. This arbitration agreement continues to apply even after your relationship with Calovix ends.
